Belian® Promotion Grade Ling Maw, selected wild ling fish from the pure waters of New Zealand, made into fish maw using unique cold air drying and special processing technology. The fish maw is dark red, with obvious blood streaks and blood clots, but it has a good light transmittance and is transparent under light. It is economical and meets daily cooking needs, making dishes fresh and tasty, and double the nutrition. It is also a good choice for beginners.
