Special Notice:
For all shipments to China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Australia, seafood dried products and deer dried products must be packed separately from other general products. They cannot be combined in the same package.
All orders are shipped from New Zealand through our designated international freight forwarder.
Shipping Time:
Typically, we dispatch orders within 5-7 business days.
If you need your package urgently, please add us on WeChat to place your order directly with our customer service team.
If we are unable to ship your order within 7 business days, we will contact you with an estimated dispatch date.

Import Duties & Customs Regulations
Any import duties or taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
We strongly recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order. When placing your order, you must provide a valid email address and phone number so that Pullmoon 普惠一品®'s designated freight forwarder can contact you if needed during customs clearance. If your package is held by customs, it may be delayed. While we will do our best to ensure a smooth delivery, please understand that such situations are beyond our control.
By confirming your payment, you acknowledge and accept the potential duty charges. We strongly encourage you to review your country’s import regulations before finalizing your order.
Any duties, taxes, and/or customs fees incurred during shipping must be paid directly to the relevant local authorities. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide an exact fee estimate. Please contact your local government for specific details.
If you refuse to pay the import duties and/or taxes, your package may be returned to us. In such cases, we regret that we cannot offer any refunds for your order.
If a package is returned to us due to being unclaimed after a delivery attempt, we may charge a redelivery fee for reshipping the package.
Certain countries/regions have special regulations regarding the importation of seafood, deer products, or health supplements. By placing an order, customers acknowledge that they have reviewed their order contents and confirmed that the items are permissible and approved for import into the destination country.
Buyers assume full responsibility and any associated risks for any package (or part of it) that is held by customs for any reason. Buyers also acknowledge and agree that Pullmoon 普惠一品® bears no liability if an order cannot be successfully delivered due to import restrictions.
